A Message from Our Founders

In the dynamic environment of the computer industry, there are many fly-by-night
operations and truly virtual companies: whenever you need them, they are not
there. While many of our competitors consider themselves to be in the
Information Technology business, we at PILR Technology Services know that we
are in the customer service business, providing the best service at the best
price.
J Pendergraft, CEO and Russ Grundy, CIO began the business with an idea of
offering quality IT services for a fair price while being completely
customer focused. PILR strives to provide optimum value through the sale of IT
solutions and consultative services.
The company achieves this by ensuring quality management principles are used
effectively throughout all processes and that the staff is consistently trained
on the latest in technology and services. Regular reviews of development
processes and project management are conducted to remain focused on being the
best in our industry and to increase customer satisfaction.

Our History
PILR Technology Services has been meeting the needs of leading corporations
since 2001. From corporate networking to retail distribution, PILR has
consistently achieved customer satisfaction through quality service and
innovation.
Headquartered in Joplin, Missouri, CEO, J Pendergraft and CIO, Russ Grundy began
the business with an idea of offering quality IT services for a fair price
while being completely customer focused. Businesses began to seek out PILR’s
services and as business grew, they leased a 900 sq. ft. office space in June of
2003.
Business continued to grow and in October 2004, PILR was moved to its current
location in Duenweg, Missouri. This 4,300 sq. ft. facility offers a full service
and repair department, training room and space for future growth. In February
of 2006 PILR expanded once again by purchasing a building across 7th Street
to give the company over 9,000 square feet of operating space.
